The website is created and managed by teacher and writer, Sarah Rudell Beach. She has a Masters in Social Studies Education and has been featured in The Huffington Post.
Go Noodle
Go Noodle is a great website that provides a variety of brain breaks for calming students down as well as waking them up. Resources include stretching, sports and exercise, kinesthetic learning, coordination, calming, guided dancing, and free movement, Teachers have the ability to add videos from Youtube and personalize the site to their classroom. Kids also have the ability to sign up and do these activities at home.

Superflex
Superflex is a program that helps students become more mindful of social issues and interactions. Issues with things such as personal space, thinking before speaking, and tattling can be attended to through the use of Superflex. All it takes is a short introduction period and consistent reinforcement to have students being mindful of their social actions.

Be Fit For Life: Resources
Be Fit For Life has many teaching resources that tie movement and mindfulness. Some of the resources are at an extra cost, but check the school to see if we already have copies of the resource. Two notable resources include "Zen Me" a deck of relaxation prompts and energizers, and "Lucky 7s" a movement game using balance and dynamic stretching.
